Pride in London Returns July 4 with MNEK, Beth Ditto & Free Stages
The UK's largest free Pride event takes over central London on Saturday 4 July with over 35,000 marchers, six performance stages, and a new 'Many Voices, One Front' campaign addressing trans healthcare, hate crime, and queer visibility.
Pride in London returns to central London on Saturday 4 July, drawing thousands of attendees from across the country and beyond as the UK's largest free Pride event. The parade starts at 12 noon, kicking off in Green Park by Hyde Park Corner tube station then travelling along Piccadilly towards Piccadilly Circus station, before going south down Haymarket, past Trafalgar Square and down Whitehall, before finishing outside Big Ben.
What's New in 2026
Pride in London has finalised its 2026 line-up across all six stages, with a star-studded mix of headliners, speakers and drag performers. This year, Pride in London has launched its new campaign, 'Many Voices. One Front', highlighting the importance of intergenerational unity, from the first march in 1972 through to newcomers in 2026.
Organisers highlight four key pressing issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community in 2026: trans healthcare rights, Black and Brown queer visibility, chosen family rights and ending hate crime.
The main performance lineup includes British singer-songwriter MNEK and American artist Beth Ditto, with events spread across six stages throughout central London.
Practical Details for Newcomers
Unlike other big events like Brighton Pride, Pride in London is free and unticketed, making it accessible to everyone. The parade features over 35,000 marchers from more than 600 diverse groups, including everything from grassroots community organisations and LGBTQIA+ sports clubs to non-profits, faith groups, and employee networks.
If you're new to the UK, this is one of the most inclusive and welcoming community events on London's calendar. Road closures and travel advice: expect disruption around Hyde Park Corner, Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square and Whitehall throughout the day. Check TfL's journey planner before travelling, and consider arriving early if you want a good viewing spot along the route.
Whether you're part of the LGBTQ+ community or an ally, Pride in London offers a unique opportunity to experience British culture at its most vibrant and to connect with one of the capital's most significant annual celebrations.
